Thirty condominiums will go up on land that is home to the defunct Lincoln Motel in the West Ridge neighborhood. The new units will be built in a second construction phase of a 60-unit project called Lincoln Point Condominiums, on the 5900 block of North Lincoln Avenue. Glenview-based Lettvin Development Company, a residential and mixed-use developer, is building the condos, through LDC/Lincoln Property I, LLC.
