Mezzanine loans offer institutional investors strong yields of up to 20% per year on condominium and townhome development projects.  These loans are secured by a second mortgage position and repaid upon the release and payoff of the construction lender.  Private investors are also offered great investment opportunities with rate of return yield up to 25% depending on the deal structure.

All ventures are considered private placement transactions and are subject to review of the LLC Private Placement Memorandum.  Average duration of an investment opportunity is 24-36 months.
